Objective | To raise interest in entrepreneurship as a career path for university students and provide a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to grow and develop their ideas. |
Theme | Propose an innovative strategy that will help Japanese companies succeed in the global market in the long term by enabling them to attract, assess, and retain global talent. |
Background | Japan's accelerating demographic transition presents both unprecedented challenges and strategic imperatives for global market expansion. To maintain competitive advantage and ensure sustainable growth in an increasingly interconnected economy, Japanese enterprises must fundamentally reimagine their approach to human capital optimization—or face the prospect of irreversible market marginalization. This initiative empowers you to redefine the paradigm of "global talent," transcending conventional linguistic competencies to encompass the multidimensional skill sets, cultural intelligence, and adaptive capabilities essential for thriving in complex, cross-border business environments. We invite you to present visionary, transformative strategies that will systematically enhance Japan's corporate competitiveness through innovative frameworks for identifying, evaluating, developing, and retaining world-class international talents. |
