Japanese Culture Series: Sushi Masterclass
Date: September 9 (Tuesday), 18:00 - 20:00 ※Door opens at 17:30
Contents: Back by popular demand, this well-received event returns with a fresh take on Japan’s most iconic cuisine—sushi! The quintessential Japanese food, sushi, is beloved all around the world. But where did it come from? And what goes into preparing it? At this event, participants will learn about the history of sushi, how it is made, and practice making traditional Edomae sushi themselves!
