Content Overview | To be effective in a global environment, one must first adopt a global mindset. This course lays out the building blocks of a global mindset—from global awareness to cross-cultural understanding to communication—through interactive lectures and workshops, equipping participants with the tools to navigate the complex global workplace. 【Outline】 ① Orientation: Japan in 2024 (11/13) ② What is “CQ”?: The Principles of Cultural Intelligence (11/20) ③ Building Global Awareness: The World in the 21st Century (11/27) ④ Understanding the Culture Map (12/4) ⑤ Introduction to Global Marketing: Corporate Case Study (12/11) ⑥ The Global Mindset in Practice (12/18) ※An optional 30-minute networking session will follow each session. |

Elliot Conti (CEO, Conti Global Consulting LLC.)
Owner/CEO of Conti Global Consulting and Executive Director of the Prometheus Foundation. A specialist in global HR, Elliot has advised multiple Japanese companies’ international expansion, helped found and run the NPO Global Aichi from 2017-2020, and served as a part-time lecturer at Nagoya University’s Department of Economics from 2019-2022.
